Healthy Banana Millet Brownies - Don’t LOSE this recipe
Ingredients
1 egg
4 bananas
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cooked millet
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
Put the bananas and the cooked millet in a blender and blend until smooth. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Beat the egg, egg whites and sugar just a little bit until the sugar dissolves. Add the banana-millet mixture to the egg mixture, add the oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Whisk the flour with the cocoa, making powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until everything is incorporated. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.
