Healthy Berry Blender Brownies - Don’t LOSE this recipe



Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 pinch salt
1 cup cooked oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup mixed berries
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 can black beans drained and rinsed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until everything is super-smooth and incorporated. Pour the mass from the blender into a brownie baking pan and bake for about 1 hour. The brownies will be very gooey, but if you want them to be really soft and almost puddingy bake for about 45-50 minutes, and if you want them to be thicker and really solid, bake an extra 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
