Ice Cream Oreo Brownie Pops
INGREDIENTS
3 Oreo cookies
3 brownie edges
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Oreo cookie crumbs
For Decoration:
Pistachios
White chocolate
Dark chocolate
Freeze dried raspberries
Milk chocolate
Coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Break5 minutes - Separate Oreo cookies take out filling. Break Oreo cookies in small pieces. Place Oreo pieces into the Oreo cookies container.
Mix & Freeze2 hour - Mix Oreo filling with heavy cream until combined. Pour heavy cream mixture into Oreo cookies container. Freeze for 2 hours.
Stick5 minutes - Remove ice cream bars from the Oreo cookies container. Cut the bars in halves and stick Popsicle sticks into each bar.
Dip & Decorate10 minutes -Dip ice cream bars into melted white chocolate. Decorate with chocolate drizzle. Finish with crushed freeze dried raspberries, coconut flakes, and chopped pistachios.
